This is my LEGO Winter Village, as of winter 2012, including the 2009 City Advent Calendar, the Winter Village Toy Shop, the Winter Village Bakery, the Winter Village Post Office, the Winter Village Cottage, and the 2012 Black Friday Bonus Set. Here’s the LEGO Winter Village all together. This includes the 2011 Winter Village Post Office, the 2010 Winter Village Bakery, the 2009 Winter Village Toy Shop, parts of the 2009 City Advent Calendar, and some winter sports collectible minifigures. I’ll be posting some little close-up pictures throughout December. [...] Here are more pictures, showing the layout (including some additional buildings) and a close up of the throne dais furniture I made. That furniture all fits inside the castle, but it looks pretty busy inside the castle that way, so I like it better outside. The thrones are from the King’s Castle and the Advent [...] There are still a few more things to add (my older sets, and one newer one I haven’t yet put together), but here is an overview of my little LEGO kingdom, now with a castle! These pictures are small, but click on them to see the full size and all the details.
As I posted yesterday, I have this LEGO village that I’ve assembled from several sets: the Medieval Market Village, the 2010 Kingdoms Advent Calendar, the Mill Village Raid, Blacksmith Attack, a Court Jester, a Wizard, Target Practice, assorted base plates, and assorted leftover and Pick-a-Brick pieces. Recently, I added a vegetable garden and a pond to feed the [...] During my free trial of LEGO Universe, I’ve gotten a chance to see a little bit more of the game, try out some minigames, and most importantly, explore player-built areas.
